RSA Student Receives Prestigious Award
RSA student AJ Hendee is a 2025 recipient of the National Scholastic Gold Award in Photography for their work He Looks Back. The work was selected by a panel of leaders in the field of visual arts for excellence in originality, skill, and the emergence of a personal voice or vision. AJ is the first RSA student to receive a National Scholastic Gold Award in the history of our school!
RSA's Resident Photography Instructor Cathy Peter was also honored with a National Scholastic Educator Award this year. The two will be recognized during a ceremony at Carnegie Hall in New York City this summer.
